Refund Policy
When you can get a refund for a Greengorae plan and how to ask for one.
1. Before the service starts
If the service has not started (installation of the devices and use of the service), you can get a full refund of your plan.
2. After the service starts
Once the service has started, plans are not refundable.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email us at jeehyeong0128@gmail.com and tell us the email address of the account you used to buy the plan. Refunds are paid back through PayPal, the payment method you used.
