1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases on our Singapore website. The seller is Greengorae (representative: Junhyeong Lee; business registration no. 309-38-01724, Republic of Korea; 12F Post Tower, 89 Mapo-daero, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea). Email: jeehyeong0128@gmail.com.

2. Plans

• Monthly plan: 1 month of service, paid once.
• Annual plan: 12 months of service, paid once.

Plans are priced per store and do not renew automatically. A plan includes temperature rules, weekly schedules, and app control and temperature history. You need to sign in with Google to buy a plan.

3. Prices

Prices are in SGD, per store.

• Monthly plan: SGD 19.99 regular price; SGD 9.99 during your 48-hour price.
• Annual plan: SGD 199.99 regular price; SGD 99.99 during your 48-hour price.

The 48-hour price applies for 48 hours from your first sign-in. After that, plans are sold at the regular price. The price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card or bank details. Your purchase is complete when PayPal confirms the payment, and you can see it in your purchase history.

5. Service

Before installation, we check your AC model and remote to confirm compatibility, and we agree an installation date with you.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund before the service starts (installation of the devices and use of the service). After the service starts, plans are not refundable. See our Refund Policy.
